If you receive the wrong size, design, or a defective item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
Additional delivery charges may apply for exchanges (for both return and re-delivery).

In general, we do not offer refunds. However, a refund may be issued under the following conditions:

The order is canceled from our side after confirmation.
You received the wrong product, and exchange is not possible.
